서비스 이용약관 Terms of Service

이 약관은 FACCTing(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 금융교육 플랫폼(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

본 약관은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 기타 관련 법령에 따라 작성되었습니다.

서비스에 접속하거나 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관의 모든 조건에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우에는 서비스를 이용하지 않으셔야 합니다.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of FACCTing (the “Company”) and users in connection with the financial education platform (the “Service”).

They are prepared with reference to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

이 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

• "서비스": 회사가 제공하는 금융교육, 모의투자, 퀴즈, 랭킹 시스템, 뉴스 등 일체의 디지털 금융교육 플랫폼 서비스 및 이에 부수하는 모든 기능
• "이용자": 서비스에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원 및 비회원 일체
• "회원": 회사에 개인정보를 제공하고 회원등록을 완료한 자로서, 서비스를 지속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자
• "비회원": 회원가입 없이 회사가 제공하는 제한적 서비스를 이용하는 자
• "콘텐츠": 서비스를 통해 제공되는 금융 데이터, 분석 도구, 교육 자료, 퀴즈, 뉴스 등 일체의 정보 및 저작물
• "모의투자": 실제 자금을 사용하지 않고 가상의 자금으로 주식 거래를 시뮬레이션하는 교육용 서비스. 실제 투자와 무관합니다.
• "계정": 회원이 서비스 이용을 위해 생성한 고유 식별 정보의 집합

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply.

• “Service”: All digital financial education platform features offered by the Company, including education, paper trading, quizzes, rankings, news, and related functionality.
• “User”: Anyone who accesses the Service under these Terms, whether or not registered as a member.
• “Member”: A user who has registered by providing personal information and may continue to use the Service as an account holder.
• “Guest”: A user who uses limited features without completing membership registration.
• “Content”: Information and works made available through the Service, such as financial data, tools, educational materials, quizzes, and news.
• “Paper trading”: A simulation that uses virtual funds only; it is not real investing.
• “Account”: The credentials and identifiers associated with a Member’s use of the Service.

이 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에게 효력이 발생합니다.

회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다. 중요한 사항을 변경하는 경우에는 적용일자 및 개정 사유를 명시하여 적용일로부터 최소 7일 전에 서비스 초기화면 또는 이메일로 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경인 경우에는 적용일로부터 최소 30일 전에 공지합니다.

회원이 개정 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 공지된 적용일 이전까지 탈퇴 의사를 표명할 수 있습니다. 적용일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses or seeks to use the Service.

The Company may amend the Terms as permitted by law. For material changes, we will post the effective date and summary of changes on the Service (or notify you by email) at least seven days before they take effect. Changes that are unfavorable to users will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

If you do not agree to amended Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

• 금융교육 서비스: DCF 모델링, 유사기업 비교(Comparable Company Analysis), 기술적 분석(Technical Analysis) 등 금융 분석 교육 콘텐츠
• 모의투자 서비스: 가상 자금을 이용한 주식 거래 시뮬레이션(교육 목적에 한함)
• 퀴즈 및 랭킹 시스템: 금융 지식 테스트 및 사용자 간 경쟁 시스템
• 금융 뉴스 서비스: 제3자 API를 통한 금융 뉴스 및 시장 정보 제공
• 한국기업 재무제표 조회: DART(전자공시시스템) API를 통한 공시 정보 제공
• 리스 회계 교육: ASC 842 기준 리스 회계 교육 콘텐츠

서비스는 연중무휴 24시간 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검·교체·고장·통신 두절 또는 운영상 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 사전에 공지하며, 불가피한 사정이 있는 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.

회사는 서비스의 내용·종류·형태를 변경할 수 있으며, 이 경우 변경 내용과 적용일자를 서비스 초기화면 또는 공지사항을 통해 안내합니다.

The Company may provide the following types of services.

• Financial education: Instructional content such as DCF modeling, comparable company analysis, and technical analysis.
• Paper trading: Simulated trading with virtual funds for educational purposes only.
• Quizzes and rankings: Knowledge checks and competitive features among users.
• Market news: News and market information from third-party APIs.
• Korean company filings: Disclosure data via the DART (Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer) system API.
• Lease accounting education: Educational materials based on ASC 842.

The Service is intended to be available continuously, but the Company may suspend it temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, failures, network issues, or other operational reasons. We will try to notify you in advance when practicable.

The Company may change the scope or form of the Service and will announce material changes on the Service.

이용계약은 가입신청자가 이 약관에 동의한 후 회원가입을 신청하고 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 체결됩니다.

가입 조건

• 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 실명 및 실제 정보를 기반으로 신청하여야 합니다.
• 타인의 명의를 도용하여 신청할 수 없습니다.
• 회사가 정한 필수 입력사항을 정확히 기재하여야 합니다.
• 대한민국 관련 법령에 따라 서비스 이용이 제한되지 않는 자이어야 합니다.

승낙 거절 및 이용계약 해지 사유

회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 가입을 거절하거나 사후에 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

• 이전에 본 약관에 의하여 회원자격을 상실한 경우
• 실명이 아니거나 타인의 명의를 이용한 경우
• 허위 정보를 기재하거나 필수 항목을 기재하지 않은 경우
• 부정한 목적 또는 부정한 방법으로 서비스를 이용할 우려가 있는 경우
• 기타 관련 법령 또는 이 약관에 반하는 경우

A membership agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, submits a registration request, and the Company accepts it.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information.
• You may not impersonate another person.
• You must complete all required fields accurately.
• You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable Korean law.

Refusal or termination of registration

The Company may refuse registration or terminate an existing agreement if:

• Membership was previously terminated for breach of these Terms;
• Information is false or another person’s identity is used;
• Required information is missing or materially inaccurate;
• There is a reasonable basis to believe you will misuse the Service; or
• Applicable law or these Terms otherwise justify refusal or termination.

회원은 서비스를 이용함에 있어 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용 등록
• 타인의 정보 도용 또는 계정 공유·양도
• 회사가 게시한 정보의 무단 변경, 복제 또는 삭제
• 회사 또는 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권 침해
• 회사 또는 제3자의 명예를 손상시키거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
• 음란물, 혐오 표현, 스팸 등 부적절한 콘텐츠 게시
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위(DDoS, 스크래핑 등)
• 모의투자 서비스에서 실제 투자 자문을 요구하거나 그러한 목적으로 이용하는 행위
• 퀴즈·랭킹 시스템을 부정한 방법으로 이용하는 행위
• 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 서비스를 영리 목적으로 이용하는 행위
• 기타 관련 법령 또는 이 약관에 위반하는 행위

회원은 계정 정보(아이디, 비밀번호 등)를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있으며, 계정 도용 또는 부정 이용이 발생한 경우 즉시 회사에 통지하여야 합니다. 통지하지 않음으로 인한 손해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Members must not:

• Submit false information when registering or updating an account;
• Misappropriate others’ information or share or transfer accounts;
• Alter, copy, or delete Company materials without authorization;
• Infringe intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties;
• Harass others, harm reputations, or disrupt operations;
• Post obscene, hateful, or spam content;
• Interfere with the stability of the Service (including DDoS attacks or abusive scraping);
• Use paper trading to seek personalized investment advice;
• Manipulate quizzes or rankings by fraudulent means;
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent; or
• Violate applicable law or these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Notify the Company promptly of unauthorized use; the Company is not liable for losses caused by your failure to do so.

회사는 관련 법령과 이 약관을 준수하며, 안정적이고 계속적인 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다합니다.

The Company complies with applicable law and these Terms and strives to operate the Service in a stable, continuous manner.

회사가 제공하는 모든 콘텐츠는 특정 증권의 매수 또는 매도를 권유하지 않으며, 어떠한 형태로도 특정 투자 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

Nothing in the Service guarantees any investment result or endorses any particular security.

서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠, 소프트웨어, 디자인, 알고리즘, 데이터베이스 등의 지적재산권은 회사 또는 해당 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

회원은 회사의 사전 서면 승인 없이 서비스를 통해 얻은 정보를 복제·전송·배포·출판·방송 등의 방법으로 영리 목적에 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 할 수 없습니다.

회원이 서비스 내에서 작성한 콘텐츠(댓글, 투자 근거 등)에 대한 저작권은 해당 회원에게 있으나, 회원은 회사가 서비스 운영·개선 목적으로 이를 무상으로 사용할 수 있도록 비독점적·전 세계적·영구적 라이선스를 회사에 부여합니다.

이 약관에서 명시적으로 허용된 범위를 벗어나는 지적재산권의 사용은 회사의 서면 동의 없이 금지됩니다.

Intellectual property rights in Content, software, designs, algorithms, databases, and other materials belong to the Company or its licensors.

Without prior written consent, you may not copy, distribute, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or enable third parties to do so.

You retain copyright in materials you create (such as comments or notes), but you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to operate and improve the Service.

Any use beyond what these Terms expressly allow requires written permission from the Company.

회사는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호합니다. 개인정보의 수집·이용·제공·보관·파기 등에 관한 세부 사항은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 수집 목적 범위 내에서만 이용합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 등의 요청이 있는 경우 예외로 합니다.

We protect personal information in accordance with PIPA and related laws. Details appear in our Privacy Policy.

We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties without consent except where required by law (for example, lawful requests from authorities).

회원은 언제든지 서비스 내 탈퇴 기능 또는 이메일 요청을 통해 회원탈퇴를 신청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 이를 처리합니다.

회사는 회원이 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 사전 통지 후 이용계약을 해지하거나 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 긴급한 경우 사후 통지로 갈음할 수 있습니다.

• 이 약관의 의무를 위반한 경우
• 타인의 서비스 이용을 방해하거나 서비스 운영에 지장을 초래한 경우
• 허위 정보를 기재하거나 부정한 방법으로 서비스를 이용한 경우
• 관련 법령을 위반한 경우

계약 해지 시 회원의 개인정보는 관련 법령 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리되며, 모의투자 데이터 및 서비스 이용 기록은 법령이 정하는 보존기간 경과 후 파기됩니다.

You may close your account at any time through in-product tools or by emailing us; we will process requests without undue delay.

The Company may suspend or terminate access after notice (or immediately in urgent cases, followed by notice where required) if you:

• Breach these Terms;
• Interfere with other users or the operation of the Service;
• Provide false information or misuse the Service; or
• Violate applicable law.

Upon termination, personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law; certain records may be retained for statutory periods before deletion.

회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 테러, 법령 변경, 정부 조치, 통신사업자의 서비스 중단 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.

회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

회사는 이용자가 서비스를 이용하여 기대하는 수익을 얻지 못하거나 서비스를 통해 취득한 자료로 인한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.

회사가 제공하는 제3자 링크, 외부 API, 광고 등에 의해 이동한 외부 서비스에서 발생한 손해에 대하여 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, legal or regulatory changes, government action, or telecommunications outages.

The Company is not responsible for service issues caused by your own conduct or equipment.

The Company does not guarantee that you will achieve any particular return or benefit from using the Service or materials obtained through it.

The Company is not responsible for third-party websites, APIs, advertisements, or other external services you access via links from the Service.

서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간에 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 양 당사자는 신의성실 원칙에 따라 분쟁 해결을 위해 성실히 협의합니다.

협의에도 불구하고 분쟁이 해결되지 않을 경우, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제33조에 따른 전자상거래분쟁조정위원회, 「개인정보 보호법」에 따른 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회 또는 한국소비자원 등에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and the Company.

If negotiation fails, consumers may seek mediation through bodies such as the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee under Article 33 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee under PIPA, or the Korea Consumer Agency, as applicable under Korean law.

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다.

서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간에 발생한 소송의 관할법원은 민사소송법이 정한 바에 따릅니다. 소비자인 회원의 경우 소비자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Courts having jurisdiction over disputes shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act. For consumer Members, the court having jurisdiction over the consumer’s address generally has jurisdiction at first instance.

이 약관의 일부 조항이 관련 법령에 의해 무효 또는 집행 불가능하다고 판단되는 경우에도, 나머지 조항은 계속하여 유효합니다. 무효 또는 집행 불가능한 조항은 당사자의 의도에 가장 부합하는 유효한 조항으로 대체됩니다.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the parties’ intent.
