개인정보처리방침 Privacy Policy

FACCTing(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 권리와 이익을 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

처리하는 개인정보는 아래 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경될 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받겠습니다.

In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), FACCTing (the “Company”) establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect the rights and interests of data subjects.

Personal information is not used for purposes other than those described below. If purposes change, we will obtain separate consent as required under Article 18 of PIPA.

The Company processes the following categories of personal information.

Optional fields are not required to use the service; some personalized features may be limited if you omit them.

회사는 법령에 따른 보유·이용기간 또는 정보주체로부터 동의 받은 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다. 해당 기간 종료 후에는 지체 없이 파기합니다.

We retain personal information only for the period required by law or agreed with you, and destroy it without undue delay thereafter.

회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1항의 처리 목적 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 다음의 경우에 한해 제3자에게 제공할 수 있습니다.

현재 회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

We process personal information only within the purposes described in this policy. We may disclose it to third parties only in the following circumstances.

As a general rule, we do not sell or share your personal information with unrelated third parties.

회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁합니다.

회사는 위탁계약 체결 시 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조에 따라 개인정보의 안전성 확보 의무, 재위탁 제한, 손해배상 등에 관한 사항을 계약서에 명시하고, 수탁자의 처리 현황을 감독합니다.

We engage the following processors to operate the service.

We include required safeguards, restrictions on subprocessors, and liability provisions in our contracts with processors as required under Article 26 of PIPA and oversee their compliance.

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전할 수 있습니다.

이전받는 업체는 미국 FTC(연방거래위원회) 감독 하에 개인정보를 보호하며, 회사는 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따른 조치를 취합니다. 이의가 있는 경우 개인정보 보호책임자에게 연락하시면 이전을 거부하실 수 있으며, 이 경우 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

Your information may be transferred outside Korea as follows in order to provide the service.

Recipients in the United States are subject to oversight by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. We take measures required under Article 28-8 of PIPA. You may object to a transfer by contacting our privacy officer; doing so may limit some features.

정보주체는 회사에 대해 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

행사 방법: 이메일(faccting.kr@gmail.com) 또는 서비스 내 설정 메뉴를 통해 요청하실 수 있습니다. 회사는 요청 접수 후 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내합니다.

정정·삭제 요구 시 해당 개인정보의 처리를 완료할 때까지 당해 정보를 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 대리인을 통해 권리를 행사하는 경우에는 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.

How to submit requests: Email faccting.kr@gmail.com or use in-service settings where available. We will respond within 10 days of receipt where required by Korean law.

While a correction or deletion request is being handled, we will not use or disclose the contested information except as permitted by law. Agents must provide a written authorization.

회사는 「개인정보 보호법」 제29조에 따라 다음의 기술적·관리적·물리적 조치를 시행합니다.

기술적 조치

• 비밀번호 단방향 암호화(bcrypt 등 해시 알고리즘) 저장
• HTTPS/TLS 암호화 통신 적용
• 개인정보처리시스템 접근 권한 최소화 및 관리
• 정기적인 보안 취약점 점검 및 보완
• 악성코드 방지 및 보안 프로그램 운영

관리적 조치

• 개인정보 취급 직원 최소화 및 보안 교육 실시
• 개인정보 처리방침 및 내부 관리계획 수립·시행
• 정기적 자체 감사 및 개인정보 처리 현황 점검
• 개인정보 유출 등 사고 발생 시 대응 절차 마련

물리적 조치

• 클라우드 인프라(AWS)를 통한 데이터센터의 물리적 접근 제한
• 개인정보가 포함된 서류·저장매체의 안전한 보관 및 파기

Under Article 29 of PIPA, we implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards including the following.

Technical measures

• One-way hashing of passwords (for example bcrypt)
• HTTPS/TLS for data in transit
• Least-privilege access controls for systems that process personal information
• Regular vulnerability assessment and remediation
• Malware protection and security tooling

Administrative measures

• Limiting staff access and providing security training
• Maintaining internal policies and privacy program documentation
• Periodic self-audits and processing reviews
• Incident response procedures for suspected breaches

Physical measures

• Physical access controls at data centers operated by our cloud providers (e.g. AWS)
• Secure handling and destruction of media containing personal information

회사는 개인정보 침해사고 발생 시 다음과 같이 대응합니다.

• 침해 사실 인지 즉시 내부 보고 및 원인 파악
• 「개인정보 보호법」 제34조에 따라 72시간 이내 개인정보보호위원회에 신고
• 침해된 정보주체에게 지체 없이 서면·이메일 등으로 통지(성명, 침해 항목, 시점, 대처 방법 등)
• 피해 최소화 및 재발 방지 조치 시행

개인정보 침해 관련 신고·상담은 아래 기관을 이용하실 수 있습니다.

If a personal data breach occurs, we will respond as follows.

• Prompt internal reporting and root-cause analysis upon discovery
• Notification to the Personal Information Protection Commission within 72 hours where required under Article 34 of PIPA
• Timely notice to affected individuals by appropriate means (including the nature of the incident and remedial steps)
• Steps to contain harm and prevent recurrence

회사는 개인정보 처리 업무를 총괄하고 정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제를 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정합니다.

정보주체께서는 서비스 이용 중 발생하는 모든 개인정보 보호 관련 문의, 불만처리, 피해구제 사항을 개인정보 보호책임자에게 문의하실 수 있습니다. 회사는 영업일 기준 3일 이내 답변합니다.

We have designated the following contact to oversee personal information processing and to handle complaints and requests for relief.

You may contact us regarding any privacy-related inquiry, complaint, or request for relief. We aim to respond within three business days.

이 개인정보처리방침은 시행일로부터 적용됩니다. 법령·방침의 변경에 따른 추가·삭제·정정이 있는 경우, 변경 사항의 시행 7일 전부터 서비스 공지사항을 통해 고지합니다. 정보주체에게 중요한 변경인 경우 30일 전에 고지합니다.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated above. If we make material changes, we will post notice on the service at least seven days before the effective date, or 30 days in advance if the change is particularly significant for users.
